There is something ancient and calming about watching ink move across water.
In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll explore the Japanese art of Suminagashi — a simple marbling technique where ink floats on the surface of water and responds to breath, stillness, and gentle motion.
You’ll create 3–5 original marbled papers, then bind your favorite pieces into a small hand-stitched book to take home.
This is a slow, reflective class designed for presence, not perfection.
