Returns & Studio Policy

Each piece created by Shanda Louis is made with care and intention. Because many works are original or produced in limited quantities, we approach returns with the same thoughtfulness that guides the creative process.


Original Artwork

Original works may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

We recommend retaining all packaging materials until you are certain you wish to keep the piece.

To initiate a return, please contact info@shandalouisart.studio within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be approved prior to shipment.


Prints, Small Works & Standard Products

Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.

To begin a return, please email info@shandalouisart.studio. Items sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.


Custom & Commissioned Work

Custom, commissioned, and personalized pieces are final sale.

These works are created specifically for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If you have questions before placing a commission, please reach out. We’re always happy to discuss details in advance.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@shandalouisart.studio within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the packaging and the item. We will review the issue and make it right.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you regarding refund approval. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
